What is This Skillet?

I had one similar to it. Pretty sure it was Asian. Is it pretty heavy? Does it seem thicker than normal?

Thanks. It may very well be. I don't have it, it's in a small antique/junk shop I run into every now and then, but nothing really felt off about the weight or thickness. This place does have a few "made in Tiawan" pieces too.
