What would you pay for this?

Found this small block logo #4 Griswold at the flea market. It has an area on the cook surface where there's damage, but it's hard to tell if it's a true crack. Either way I know it's not good for the value of the pan. The guy wanted $30 and I talked him down to $15 after showing him the damage. I think he already knew about it but was trying to make extra cash off a #4.

How did I do? Would you all pay $15 for this or would you have passed? I'm not trying to make a set of SBL but I thought I might ebay it if it cleans up ok.

Here's the skillet.

That's actually a skillet made from an altered Wagner pattern in the plant in Ohio after Griswold had been acquired and absorbed. The "7" SKILLET" marking is how you can distinguish those from the ones made by Griswold in Erie, PA. Much less value as a collectible, even if a #4. Some collectors don't consider them to be true Griswolds.

Swing and a miss.

I guess I haven't memorized the markings and dates of Griswold because every piece I find is wayyy overpriced and I'm kind of turned off by the obsession. So far I've been very happy buying old wagner's, lodges, vollrath's etc for $5-$10 at estate sales. Maybe I'll stick with that a bit longer.
