Canna' give you a proper answer for your question, Jared, but when it's cleaned-up you can make delicious rolls in it! My French roll pan is also a "mystery" item, but it makes fine rolls. (This is assuming I'm on form at the time.:)) Happy holiday, and have fun cooking!
 
The YB does not give specific dates for the different variations. It only says they were produced from the 1880s to the 1950s.
 
Ok, thanks. My YB is supposed to be here tomorrow. I've just recently become interested in the gem pans. I'm afraid this particular addiction may prove to be much more damaging than my interest in "normal" cookware.
