If there is a chance that a CI pan has been used to melt lead will electrolysis remove the lead? I see no signs of lead and nothing to make me believe that the pan was ever used for that purpose.

Electrolysis is going on in your car battery. It has lead plates inside. The acid and electrolysis action does not touch it. As mentioned, get a lead test kit. If the piece is contaminated I would consider it display only...and never sell it.
It's not a good idea test to remove lead in our cookware.
It's not safe enough but... Inside our batteries lead and lead dioxide in contact with sulphuric acid change to lead sulphate solution. It lost lead partially at each utilisation.
The plates lost and reload lead when electricity came out/ come in. It's not safe enough to cook inside!
This method is already used to clean contained water when it's really necessary.
