Wood Cook stove grates

First of all, these are grates to put in the eye of a wood stove for pans that are smaller than the eye, correct? Any idea on how old the are or how much they’re worth? They aren’t for sale, I’m just curious. Any info would be appreciated.

They appear to be gas stoves grates. Most wood stove had plenty of eyes to remove for sizes. Some had one eye that would have 6 or so rings to remove. If you were to use that grate in a wood stove you would lose the heat due to there being a hole caused by the grate. By the design i would guess 30's.

I would agree with the above statement from KevM. I will just add this towards your question on value. If you found the stove that they belong to your money to be made will be to those folks that need to replace a broken or missing grate. They do not make them anymore, so they have good value.
I had a Glenwood Stove oven rack that was in very fine condition that brought real good $$ because most are found with a crack or some damage.

Everyone has something they are willing to pay money for, some dont. It all depends on how bad the person wants/needs it. I think they would look just as nice mounted on a wall in the shed or garage.
