X-Mas Find - Id Help?

We were at my in-law's house making christmas dinner.. asked my mother in law if she had a dutch oven. She said she has one she bought at a yard sale 30 years ago and never used.. Pulled it out, and wow. I think it's a griswold. The trivet definitely is, but the oven itself has no brand markings, just an "8". Is this a Griswold #8? Any ideas on a year?

recently cleaned a Wagner DO for a friend. It had the same Lodge lid.

People piece together things to make them work. I have one unmarked trivet that I use in all of my dutch ovens when needed. In my opinion the trivet you have there is the prize find. Restore them both, use it for now and look for a nice Griswold # 8 DO for cheap. Until them happy cooking.
