I'm new to CI collecting and came across a CL ad “9 pans must go, make an offer.” there is only one picture and there person isn't wanting to take more so I was wanting some help to identify the pans.

Beware of shipping costs but maybe treat them like a lottery ticket. Make a bid for something you'd be willing to lose and see what happens.
 
If the person isn't interested enough to supply more photos, I doubt they're going to go to the trouble to pack and ship them. I'm assuming it's a local ad.
 
I'd just offer him $20 or so, and let him know you can come get them. Usually in such situations, the seller just wants to get rid of items and get cash with as little fuss and as quickly as possible.
(at $20, he'll probably bump you up to 30 or so. If he asks for 50, offer him 35.... etc.)
