A Few Questions For The Seasoned Veterans (See what I did there?)

Good evening, I am interested in lye cause I live in an apartment complex and e-tank with neighbors dogs and kids I don't think will be smart. But concern someone would mess with the lye. Prior to finding this site I did oven clean, but looking at moving away from it.

Good evening, I am interested in lye cause I live in an apartment complex and e-tank with neighbors dogs and kids I don't think will be smart. But concern someone would mess with the lye. Prior to finding this site I did oven clean, but looking at moving away from it.

I haven't done this myself, but I'm told that lye odors indoors are not that big of a deal. If you have a small container with a tight fitting lid, it could probably sit in the corner of a bathroom or laundry room or something like that.

Whenever I make the leap to start a lye tank, I'll be doing it in my basement.
