Baked Potato Topping

Sautéeing organic crimini mushrooms, onion, and Anaheim pepper with red pepper flakes to top baked potatoes...then add butter, manchego cheese and, of course, sour cream! Yummy...

Donna that looks great for a baked potato topping. Bacon no bacon depends if in the icebox. That would also be good diced up and added to oven baked potato skins with sour cream.
