Can You Identify This Pan?

This morning I went to a yard sale and got two old painted skillets, a Piqua and this one. At $2.50 each, I thought they might be worth saving. Does anyone know what this one is? The heat ring is worn, but it looks like there are two breaks in it opposite each other, and that's a number 8 by the handle. I can't tell if there's a third break in the heat ring or not. Thanks!

Just a guess, but maybe its Made In Mexico? I had 2 of them that looked kinda like this. I remember they were on the heavy side.

I don't know. There's nothing on it that says where it was made. It's not on the heavy side, it's more on the light side.
