I need help identifying the manufacturer and age of this dutch oven. I know I saw one similar posted either here or another forum at some point, but of course now I can't find the post. The inside of the lid has indented dimples similar to BSR, but doesn't have pour spout "ears". The ribbon style embossing goes down all 4 sides and matches from lid to pan. There are no markings or stamps. Both blue and red books are no help. Thanks in advance for the help.

There is also a chicken fryer of this design. Some want to attribute it to Columbus Iron Works, but confirmed pieces of theirs use basting elements more like Lodge. CIW pieces also often have markings that include the letters C and S, e.g. C.S. or C - S, followed by a number.
