1 is from taiwan...? do i keep it or throw it out lol

Top one appears to be newer BSR after they reduced the size of the #8 from ten & five eights to ten & one fourth inch. Just don't see the made in USA mark.

Yep, first one is BSR, 1950s.

I was thinking the smaller size came later, like 1970's. Maybe Doug will know?

The size change appears to coincide with their change to using outsourced glass covers. At some point, this style of marking also added a description (e.g. "skillet") below. I feel confident there's a Made In USA on it at 12:00 the photo is not showing. That and the marking style would place this one ~ late 1960s - 1970s.

Thanks Doug .BSR sizes can be very confusing. We had this discussion once before on the size changes of their dutch ovens.
