help to identify?

Can someone help identify this? Small, V shaped vents or pour spouts? No markings that can be found but is about the size of a #7. I'm kinda thinking it is one piece of a two piece set? Top or bottom?

Thanks. looks kinda like a Blakenship but the pour spouts (vents?) aren't right.
