Is this worth stripping?

Just wondering if this is worth stripping and giving to a collector. I am unable to ID it. Older Wagner?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

WKM is a China/Taiwan import brand, not considered a collectible. If not warped/cracked/pitted and the cooking surface is smooth, it would make a decent user.
