Hello,

Can anyone suggest a book that would have information about Lodge cast iron cookware? My goal is a book with lots of history and pictures. Possibly information about BSR also.

There is a Lodge section in the "red book". Other than that, it's left to what can be found on the web. Lodge published a book on its history called "From Hand Pour to Automation", but it doesn't appear to be available through their website, if it ever was.
