Need Help with ID! 2 Dots on Handle

Hi guys! This is my first post and I need some help identifying this pan. There is a No. 3 at the six-o-clock, unbroken heat ring, and 2 dots at the end handle where it meets the skillet. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!

Thank you for the quick reply. I don't know anything about the Favorites. Seems really smooth and going to be really nice to cook in. Are they rare/collectible?

Rare only in that Favorite was only in business for a relatively short time. Marked versions are of course more collectible; unmarked can be affordable good quality users.
