Rebar "grid" for e tank ?

The only reason I'm still using rebar is because I refuse to throw any money at an e-tank that works as is and cost next to nothing to set up. Something better will eventually come along for free. I'm only a broken appliance away from a stainless steel anode.

I got the next best thing to free today. Bought a $1.00 SS lid and cut it into strips to hold my carbon plates in the e-tank. Its bubbling away as we speak.

Repurpose, recycle; rethink:)

I also use scrap SS. If you keep your eyes open it get tossed out pretty often. Im not above garbage picking an anode :)
 
Found my stainless rod ! ( if you saw my garage you'd understand what an accomplishment that is. ) it's solid SS 1/2" x 6'. I'd say I'm in business :icon_thumbsup:
