I can't figure out where these might have come from. Labeled "9 INCH" and "7 INCH" Nice quality and super lightweight. Somebody did a good job designing and casting these. Any information is appreciated.
Not 100% sure about your two skillets but the features of the handles resemble those of the Belgium made DESCO Ware. When I did a google of DESCO Ware there were some image pages along with a history page of which I will attach the link.
Appears that GHC acquired ownership of DESCO along with Wagner & Griswold right around the same time frame.
It appears that your pieces may have been enameled at one time from the faint color of orange still visible. The part that is confusing is the wording of "INCH" on them which would normally indicate American made.
Anyway....I'll let you ponder on it and make your own decision or perhaps someone else will weigh in.
