Here is a BSR No. 5 that I cleaned up this past weekend. The heat ring seems strange to me. The other BSRs I have found tend to have thick, rounded off heat rings, while this one is thinner and square. Any thoughts?

Also, here is an unmarked pan that I found and have been using for a couple of weeks. I LOVE it as a user, and wonder about its pedigree. I believe it is either a recast or a pattern where all of the markings have been filled in. It is very thin, the outside and bottom are SUPER rough, but the cooking surface is very smooth. Any thoughts on what in the world this thing is?

My first thought was a recast Favorite, but I don't think the handle is right.
